have been looking for a diamond engagement ring for sometime now. I did my research and found that buying from the internet is not very trustworthy, so I decided to scout for local jewelers. From a friend’s recommendation, I went to see Michael Rainbow at Rainbow Jewelers. WOW! It was the most comfortable and trusting experience one can have for diamond shopping. Joanne, I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience you and Michael gave me in purchasing the gift for Dianne (my wife). In our family everyone may open 1 gift on Christmas Eve and the children set it up for Dianne to open the ring. I think they were as excited as I was. Dianne was floored and I believe while it does not replace the ring she lost it does fill a little of the void. Dear Michael & Joanne:I'd like to submit a testimonial on your website, but I didn't find where to send it.After a recommendation from a dear friend, I went to Rainbow Jewelers to get a simple repair done on my son's gold chain. I was instantly impressed with Michael's professionalism and knowledge of his craft. The atmosphere in the store was one of warmth...almost a "you're part of the family" feeling. When he waited on me, Michael gave me his undivided attention as he told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost.The chain was repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price.Knowing that my other son had also been asking for a chain, I decided to ask Michael about what he would recommend for a silver link chain. He suggested what kind would be best for an active teenage boy and proceeded to show me a wide selection of chains. Michael allowed me to take home a xeroxed copy of the styles so my son could choose which one he liked.
